II Do I need a customer account to make a purchase?

You do not need to be a registered user to make purchases. However, we encourage you to create a customer account in our online store.
It brings with it a number of privileges, including:

• The ability to view the possibility of order fulfilment and purchases.
• Possibility to receive discounts and promotional coupons.
• No need to enter your data for subsequent purchases.

III Is it possible to collect the order in person?

Yes, it is possible. After placing the order, please contact us by phone in advance to arrange a specific date.
You can pay for your order by traditional transfer, electronic transfer or cash on the spot.

V What is the order fulfillment time and its cost?

The time of order fulfillment and its cost depends on the payment method chosen by the customer and the method of delivery:

• Payment by traditional or electronic transfer | 3 working days | PLN 25.50
• Cash on delivery | 3 working days | PLN 35.50
• Personal collection at the company's premises | 1 working day | PLN 0
• For orders from PLN 700 | 3 working days | PLN 0
  The customer is exempt from the payment for the delivery of the goods.
  

VI Do you carry out foreign orders? What is the cost and delivery time?

Yes, we carry out foreign orders. The estimated time of order fulfillment is 5 business days from the moment your payment is credited to our bank account.

• Shipping to the following countries: Germany, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania, Belgium, Slovakia, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Estonia - PLN 80 (a parcel up to 5 kg)

VII What form of payment can I choose?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Payment by traditional transfer to a bank account.
• Payment by fast electronic transfer.
• Cash on delivery.
• Payment in cash upon personal pickup at our company headquarters.

VIII Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes, prices include VAT.

IX Can I write an opinion about a purchased product?

Of course. Every product you buy can be reviewed. To do this, go to the website of the specific product that you want to review, then go to the bottom of the page where the table is: PRODUCT OPINIONS.

X How are the products packed and shipped?

The products are shipped in high-quality cardboard boxes, made of corrugated cardboard with a weight of 686 g / m2.
We adjust the size of the boxes to the number of products purchased. The graphics on the boxes were created by a famous Polish graphic artist and make the box one of a kind. If you buy the products we sell as a gift for a loved one, you don't have to worry about packing it anymore. In addition, each purchased product is wrapped with a special cardboard and the inside of the carton is filled with a large amount of paper so as to immobilize the products and protect them during transport. Everything is packed in a courier foil with the logo of our company. The shipment is insured.
